Well, I always like having succubi/demon girls in my games. 
However, I'm having a hard time with the first real choice you get to make: after what happened to your GF, you can either murder someone, or tell someone that you hear voices in your head. Those are your options. This seems a little... extreme IMO. Someone with an IQ above room temperature *is not* going to tell a complete stranger, especially one that has shown herself to be irrationally violent, that you hear voices. At the same time, coldly murdering someone is also not something that most people are willing to do at the drop of a hat.
How about providing a third option? Maybe *don't* murder someone *and* don't tell them that you hear voices? Maybe not trusting the voice at first until you have a better idea of what is going on and what the Voice is all about?
I'm not going to claim to be some great writer or story-teller, but IMO providing options that fall within roughly normal behavior would be more engaging than trying to pigeon-hole us immediately into a villain or (very foolish) non-villain role.
That being said, I'm still interested in the game and respect anyone with enough guts to put themselves out there trying to make something like this. I hope it works out for you.

That was weird... Why would some random superhuman women come onto the MC?

I'm honest, in the game is no model who appeals to me so I chose those choices that give no points or negative points.
Succi was quite pissed at MC at the end. ^^

No offense taken, I'm grateful for all and any criticism. I need it to make myself and the game better. I appreciate a highly detailed feedback anytime. Sounds good. I hope the mc can be dominant with the futa. Male on futa is great.
I would add that the story atm is really jumpy. Like FG said slow down take some time to develop the story. we jump from barely knowing anything to I'm not sure how much information but there should be some development of the story a puzzle to watch unfold. Also, I believe there should be someone and who knows maybe we haven't met them yet, but someone in the story who can help the MC defeat the demon either through working together or training him in whatever way. There should be some time between the action events that give us time to interact with the team and any "side" ladies that may come in as the story goes. also maybe the stress could cause MC to have some issues, like a drug or alcohol problem this of course is not necessary just something that could be done or he could have a different problem who knows. All in all what you have isn't terrible it's just lacking a bit. Make the interactions between characters an actual conversation instead of hi and three sentences then oh let's fuck. I think the overall idea of what story could be here is good but what is here needs some polish and add on as well as some relationship building. You are aware of the artwork issues, but again we've all seen worse so don't get too discouraged, just think about what will enhance your story and the players overall experience within. Right now the scenes move like a sprint race and if you are just making a short story to get the experience that's ok too, but if your intention was to run a marathon/ make a somewhat longer story then yeah I would say some things need to change for it to be more enjoyable. That being said good luck and these are just my thoughts so take what you think is good and toss the rest.

Will we also see consequences like pregnancy? If yes, to what degree do you plan on adding pregnancy content? Does this include breeding as well?

I detest this.
When I released Version 0.1 people said that the images were too pixelated, so I went back and rerendered everything to their HD versions.
When I released Version 0.2 people said that they wanted animated sex scenes, so I added them.
When I released Version 0.3 people wanted more characters they can interact with, so I added 4 more.
Now I've released Version 0.4 and the main criticism I'm getting is that the story goes by too fast and the dialogues are too short, and now I'm working on the dialogue and adding more scenes in between the story so it doesn't pass by in a flash.
I'm not going to spend 6 months on this game, surely not. I have a story in my mind I want to tell and I want to get to the ending points as soon as I can. I don't want to drag the game/story out more than necessary. I don't want to get to the point of "Season 2" or "DLC". I want to tell my story in full and then move on to my next project.
And yes I do want to earn money doing the things I'm passionate about, however, when I posted V0.1 I didn't even put my patreon on the site, I only added the itch.io link to my post and the moderator who fixed the formatting of my post added it.

I am following my own vision. I want to tell a story I have in my own mind and I don't mind adding sex scenes/kinks that people will enjoy. Adding what other people want from me, doesn't make me step away from my own story.
I still haven't figured out how to make an Android version. No matter what I try, RenPy keeps giving me errors and keeps crashing. I'm sorry

Story: 1/5 (you lose your parents than you have your girlfriend hurt by a super hero not interesting at all)
Art: 2/5 (dry static 3D not interesting at all)
Sound: 0/5 (no sound)
As far as I got... I could not drag myself to go further a 3D game with no animation with graphics that are only so so and characters that did not look sexy at all and too cartoony. Definitely a no from me.

Yeah in hindsight, my storytelling was rushed by a lot, that's why I've worked on changing it for these past few weeks. I've mainly slowed down the story and made the choices more sensible.
It is my first time ever making something like this so I'm just trying to learn and get better!
