If you mean the one in Stage 1, you can get there by jumping off the roof of the building to the right (I needed 2 SPD upgrades before I could reach there)

Did u set the japanese locale before launching?
Anyway, u can also try to delete save folder by path: C:\Users\*username*\AppData\LocalLow\Huuuuge

When are they gonna add voice sound effects for the H scenes? in it's current state the H scenes are kinda awkward by only having 2 squishy sounds and little else
It's already done , wait for the full version release, just some more days and will be put on sale
So... they're really going to release without even adding a gallery zoom function? This dev is not very smart.
