It's only one scene but it's also the end of the part 1 so there isn't reason to wait, the next game will be incest in paradise and after artifact part 2.

For some reasons he decided to divide the game in 2 parts, the 0.5 is the last of parts 1 become part 1 1.0, the artifact part2 is the sequel, if you want you can think as 0.6 if you want.
